Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard feedback to exceed daily goals and grow personal contribution to store performance
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through attentive listening, open-ended questioning, and hands-on product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian ingredients, and fighting animal testing
• Maintain product expertise by staying current on ingredients, benefits, and new arrivals to make informed recommendations
• Foster an inclusive team environment by encouraging open communication and collaboration around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
• Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness standards to enhance the shopping experience and support sales
• Follow company policies and procedures for opening and closing, inventory, health and safety, and respectful workplace standards

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment
• Genuine knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Prior experience in skincare, cosmetics, or retail team environments
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operational issues
• Experience with cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB and social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
