Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Exceed daily sales goals using StoreForce metrics and feedback
• Deliver personalized product consultations and demonstrations
• Educate customers on brand values such as ethical buying, vegetarian formulas, and fighting animal testing
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandising
• Foster an inclusive team environment and support DEIB initiatives

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Prior skincare or cosmetics retail experience
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
