About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback
  • Deliver world-class customer experience through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
  • Educate customers on Lush brand values including ethical buying, fighting animal testing, and sustainability
  • Continually expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations
  • Foster teamwork, open communication, and an inclusive shop environment
  • Maintain visual merchandising, stock displays, and operational standards
  • Follow company policies for opening/closing, safety, and product integrity
