Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard insights and seek feedback to exceed daily goals
• Deliver world-class customer experiences through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values including ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, and fighting animal testing
• Continually expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations for every customer
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandising to enhance the shopping experience
• Ensure adherence to company standards for opening, closing, and health and safety

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Skincare or cosmetics retail experience
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB and social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
