Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed daily goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback
• Deliver exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying and sustainability
• Maintain visual merchandising and organized shop floor standards
• Support inventory management and real-time product display adjustments

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business

Preferred Qualifications

• Consultation-based customer service experience
• Skincare or cosmetics retail experience
• Experience working in team environments
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
