Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Utilize StoreForce dashboard results to exceed sales goals
• Deliver world-class customer experience through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying, fighting animal testing, and naked packaging
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays
• Foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the team
• Follow company standards for opening, closing, and health and safety

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
