Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results and seeking feedback to exceed goals
• Deliver world-class customer experiences through attentive listening and personalized product demonstrations
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying, fighting animal testing, and freshest cosmetics
• Continually expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations for every customer
• Develop effective sales techniques and support team growth through Lush resources
• Foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by promoting teamwork and collaboration
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays
• Follow company policies for opening and closing, product integrity, and health and safety

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills to address day-to-day operational issues
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
• Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
