Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback
• Deliver world-class customer experience through consultations and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values including ethical buying and fighting animal testing
• Expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations
• Support team development and foster an inclusive environment
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock levels, and operational standards
• Follow company policies for opening, closing, and workplace safety

• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Skincare or cosmetics experience
• Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
