About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard feedback to exceed daily goals
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
- Educate customers on Lush brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian formulas, and naked packaging
- Continually expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations
- Develop sales techniques and support team growth through Lush resources
- Foster an inclusive team environment and contribute to diversity, equity, and belonging initiatives
- Maintain visual merchandising and organized shop floor standards
- Follow company policies for opening and closing, product integrity, and health and safety
Requirements

- Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service
- Strong problem-solving and operational issue-resolution skills
- Prior teamwork experience in retail or service environments
- Background in skincare or cosmetics
- Cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB and social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
