Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and personalized consultations
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying and sustainability
• Demonstrate products and make informed recommendations
• Foster teamwork, DEIB, and a sense of belonging
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock displays, and operational standards

• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics retail
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
