Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback and active ownership of results
• Deliver world-class customer experience through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging
• Continually expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations for customer needs
• Develop effective sales techniques and support team growth using Lush resources
• Foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through open communication and collaboration
• Maintain store visuals, organization, and merchandising to enhance the shopping experience
• Follow company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, health, and safety

• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
