About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through attentive listening and product demonstrations
- Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian ingredients, and fighting animal testing
- Continually expand product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
- Foster an inclusive team environment and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Maintain visual merchandising and clean, organized store standards
- Follow company policies for opening/closing, product integrity, and health and safety

- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
