Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback
• Deliver world-class customer experiences through consultations and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying and fighting animal testing
• Maintain product knowledge to make informed recommendations
• Foster teamwork and contribute to a diverse, inclusive environment
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock displays, and store cleanliness
• Follow company policies for opening, closing, and health and safety

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service
• Skincare or cosmetics retail experience
• Team collaboration experience
• Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
