Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback and active ownership of results
• Deliver world-class customer experiences through attentive listening, open-ended questions, and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values including ethical buying, 100% vegetarian products, and fighting animal testing
• Continually expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations for customer needs
• Develop effective sales techniques and seek feedback to improve performance and support team growth
• Foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by encouraging open communication and collaboration
• Maintain punctuality, reliable attendance, and adherence to company policies and health and safety standards
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing following Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Adjust product displays and manage stock based on sales trends to improve the customer experience

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operational issues
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
• Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
