Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard metrics and feedback
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying, sustainability, and cruelty-free practices
• Maintain deep product knowledge to make informed recommendations for customer needs
• Support visual merchandising, inventory adjustments, and operational standards
• Foster an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies and procedures

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Previous retail, skincare, or cosmetics experience
• Experience working in collaborative team environments
• Cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB and social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
