Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations on the shop floor
• Exceed daily sales goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback and active selling techniques
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian formulas, and fighting animal testing
• Maintain visual merchandising and organized product displays to enhance the shopping experience
• Support a positive, inclusive team environment and participate in store initiatives and events

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Prior experience in skincare or cosmetics retail
• Experience working in team environments
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
