Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed personal and store goals using performance feedback and the StoreForce dashboard
• Deliver a world-class customer experience through personalized consultations, product demonstrations, and attentive service
• Educate customers on Lush brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian formulas, and fighting animal testing
• Continually expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations
• Develop effective sales techniques and seek feedback to improve performance
• Foster an inclusive team environment and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
• Maintain punctuality, reliable attendance, and adherence to company policies
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing according to merchandising guidelines
• Adjust product displays based on sales trends and inventory needs

• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operational issues
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
