Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results and seeking feedback to exceed goals
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through attentive listening and personalized product demonstrations
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian products, and fighting animal testing
• Expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations for customer needs
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandising displays
• Follow company policies for opening and closing, product integrity, and health and safety

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models

• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB and social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
