Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using StoreForce feedback to exceed personal and store goals
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian ingredients, and fighting animal testing
• Continually expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations
• Develop sales techniques and support team growth through feedback and resources
• Foster an inclusive team environment and contribute to DEIB initiatives
• Maintain clean, organized visuals and merchandising to enhance the shopping experience
• Follow company policies for opening/closing, product integrity, and health and safety

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
• Cross-cultural collaboration, DEIB, or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
