Responsibilities
- Drive sales and exceed daily goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback
- Deliver world-class customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical initiatives
- Maintain product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
- Support store operations including merchandising, stock, and inventory
- Foster an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies
