Sales Agent - Retail Operations

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to promote products and drive sales
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings, seasonal promotions, and retail policies
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/payments following company standards
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and effective resolutions
• Support team members to contribute to a positive guest service atmosphere
• Maintain location cleanliness and tidiness to meet safety and health standards
• Assist with special events and promotions as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Proficiency in using retail POS systems
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
