About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage counter sales at the Mérida International Airport location
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Handle transactions using Point of Sale (POS) terminals
- Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and service attitude
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Minimum 1 year of experience in counter sales
- Intermediate command of English (essential)
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) terminal management
- Full schedule availability
- Strong communication skills and a natural ease of speech
