About the role
Responsibilities
- Call warm leads and current customers of the online casino/sports betting platform
- Assist existing customers with platform usage and setup
- Offer promotions to warm leads and existing customers to encourage initial deposits
Requirements
- Fluent English speaker and writer (at least C1 level)
- Experience in sales, preferably high-volume B2C
- Good computer handling skills
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks
