About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage ticket sales, reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Support passenger check-in and coordinate departures and arrivals
- Handle cash transactions, daily balancing, and shift closing documentation
- Coordinate with Traffic Control, Operations, and drivers
- Provide friendly, clear, and solution-oriented customer service
- Support promotional activities and continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (retail, tourism, services, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Basic experience with cash handling and various payment methods
- High school education (administrative or commercial technical background preferred)
- Proficiency with digital tools, including MS Office and reservation systems
- Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts as required
