Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network to build a client base
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through a competitive sales drive
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client retention
• Communicate effectively with clients through both written and verbal channels
• Manage and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses

Requirements

• High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background, credit, and drug screenings
• Ability to provide proof of automobile liability insurance at the time of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is highly preferred
