About the role
Responsibilities
- Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network to build a client base
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through a competitive drive
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client retention
- Communicate effectively with clients through both written and verbal channels
- Maintain a self-motivated approach to building a profitable business
Requirements
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
- Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills
- Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and drug screen
- Proof of automobile liability insurance at the time of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales is highly preferred
