Responsibilities
- Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network to build a profitable business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through a competitive sales drive
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of member retention
- Communicate effectively with customers through both written and verbal channels
- Maintain high levels of self-motivation and commitment to professional growth
Requirements
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Proof of automobile liability insurance at the time of hire
- Proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is highly preferred
