About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries regarding flights and tickets
- Manage the sale of tickets and ancillary services
- Process flight reservations, changes, and cancellations using the AMADEUS system
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales and customer service operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service
- Previous experience working in an airport or travel agency environment
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Basque (Euskera)
- Availability to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, and weekends)
- Knowledge of the AMADEUS system is a plus
