Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network to build a client base
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through a competitive drive
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high client retention
• Communicate effectively with clients through both written and verbal channels
• Maintain a self-motivated approach to building a profitable business

Requirements

• High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills
• Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and drug screen
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at the time of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales is highly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
