Sales & Aftersales Intern

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update training materials for new products and technologies to support Sales and Aftersales networks
• Manage user administration and registration within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Handle daily administrative tasks and enquiries via the Sales and Aftersales inbox
• Assist with dealer invoices and other finance-related coordination tasks
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking for product ranges, services, and accessories
• Perform market and KPI analysis to identify business opportunities and present actionable insights
• Develop and update regular management reporting and KPIs for the UK network
• Support cross-departmental projects in logistics, marketing, and sales

Requirements

• Currently studying for or recently completed a BA degree in Business, Economics, Automotive, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong IT skills, specifically competence in Windows and data organization
• A genuine passion for electromobility and the automotive industry
• A structured working style with the ability to manage changing priorities
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the automotive sector
• Experience working with data-driven reporting or process automation
