Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador in the Leeds boutique, welcoming guests and introducing them to the company culture
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling to ensure a memorable and seamless experience
• Manage luxury timepiece sales and guide clients through both sales and purchasing journeys
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and manage KPIs
• Handle sales administration, including managing appointments and chasing leads
• Maintain operational excellence and adhere to all security procedures to ensure product safety

Requirements

• Experience working in a customer-focused environment, ideally in a 1:1 setting
• Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment with KPI management
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers via phone, email, and in person
• Excellent administration and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn technical product information
• A passion for luxury retail and a genuine interest in the pre-owned watch industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end sales
• Negotiation skills and a proactive attitude toward personal development
