Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales experiences for official Tecnológico de Monterrey products at the TECstore.
• Manage sales systems, including product registration, entries, exits, payments, and report generation.
• Maintain store organization, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
• Execute inventory management, including semi-annual and cyclic counts.
• Handle warehouse tasks such as product labeling, arrangement, and stock control.
• Set up sales stands for institutional events like graduations, back-to-school, and sports seasons.
• Manage product customization for textile and non-textile items.
• Coordinate shipping orders and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Incomplete high school education or higher.
• Proven experience in customer service and retail sales.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience with product control and stock organization.
