Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele
• Assist customers with outfit building and provide personalized product recommendations
• Drive store KPIs through effective link selling and upselling techniques
• Maintain shop and stock room organization, presentation, and cleanliness
• Respond flexibly to changing business needs, especially during peak trading periods

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily
• A team player who celebrates the successes of others
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A proactive "can-do" attitude and the ability to take initiative
• A genuine interest in fashion and current market trends
