Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele
• Assist customers with outfit building and provide personalized product recommendations
• Drive store KPIs through effective link selling and proactive service
• Maintain store and stock room organization, presentation, and cleanliness
• Respond flexibly to changing business needs and peak trade periods

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A genuine interest in fashion and current market trends
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and strong initiative
• Ability to work as a collaborative team player
