Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Represent the premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
• Provide competent sales service for our collections
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Work independently within the sales team
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on product presentation
• Utilize omni-channel systems for daily operations
• Handle cash register transactions and process customer complaints

Requirements

• Previous experience in textile retail is preferred
• High affinity for sales and customer service
• Proficiency in using digital tools
• Strong social competence and a motivating, self-confident personality
• Ability to work effectively in a team with a hands-on mentality
• Good proficiency in English
