Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide competent clothing advice and act as a brand ambassador
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Present merchandise and maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) standards
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Maintain the aesthetic appearance of the store
• Manage cash register operations and transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and professional customer service
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in fashion and lifestyle trends
• Knowledge of sales techniques and relationship building
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• English language proficiency is an advantage
