Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining deep product knowledge
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Assist customers by assessing their needs, providing information, and styling outfits
• Drive store KPIs and suggest improvements to sales performance
• Maintain the organization, presentation, and upkeep of the shop floor and stockroom
• Act as a primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and authorizing discounts

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality
• Fluency in Dutch
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily
• A team player who celebrates the successes of others
• An energetic, authentic, and proactive "can-do" attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work in a fast-paced environment
