Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional luxury customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Actively manage CRM objectives by implementing personalized communication campaigns and using clienteling tools.
  • Systematically collect and record qualitative client data, maintaining deep knowledge of VVIC and VIC portfolios.
  • Drive omnichannel sales performance by utilizing all available digital and physical services to meet individual and collective boutique targets.
  • Monitor local commercial activity and competitor trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support operational excellence by ensuring the boutique environment and visual merchandising remain impeccable.
  • Manage stock, participate in inventories, and ensure seamless after-sales service and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury or high-end sales is required.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written, to interact with an international clientele.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to sales and client management.
  • A strong commitment to excellence, creativity, and maintaining luxury standards.
