Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and personalized advice to meet client needs
• Drive sales through product expertise and effective upselling techniques
• Manage stock levels to ensure products are well-organized and available
• Execute visual merchandising tasks to maintain brand standards
• Handle store replenishment and price labeling, including during sale periods

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail (sales or cashier roles), ideally in the outdoor industry
• Strong passion for sports, particularly running
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented attitude
