Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide a best-in-class customer experience by guiding clients to the right products to meet their needs
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness according to company standards
• Ensure products are presented according to Rituals' visual merchandising guidelines
• Follow all in-store safety and security procedures

Requirements

• Relevant experience in retail, customer service, or caregiving
• Result-driven mindset and a strong team player
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively
• Organized, structured, and detail-oriented
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
