Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Work with the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager to achieve store objectives and reach your full potential
• Connect with customers to provide a meaningful and personalized shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment following visual merchandising guidelines
• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the essence of Rituals with both customers and teammates
• Follow all store security and safety procedures
• Contribute creative ideas to improve the shopping experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail position
• Strong customer service mindset and a passion for helping others
• Teamwork spirit and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Availability to work on weekends
