Sales Advisor - Professional Equipment and Layouts

Responsibilities

• Advise and sell professional equipment and layout products
• Welcome and assist customers in the warehouse or via telephone
• Analyze customer needs to recommend specific equipment and perform demonstrations
• Prepare quotes, pro forma invoices, and financing proposals
• Manage sales contracts, place supplier orders, and handle merchandise reception
• Manage customer files and develop sales through micro-marketing actions
• Participate in stock management, including ordering, inventory, and shelf replenishment
• Collaborate with various departments including management and customer experience teams
• Support the integration and training of new team members

Requirements

• Background in Bac or Bac professionnel level
• Currently seeking an apprenticeship in distribution or commerce
• Strong sales techniques and product knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cool environment
