Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional Polène customer experiences by providing personalized shopping assistance and high standards of service from welcome to farewell
• Proactively drive conversion rates and promote add-on sales and after-sales services
• Manage cash register operations, transaction processing, and daily sales reporting
• Maintain boutique standards, including visual merchandising, environment upkeep, and assisting with inventory counts
• Execute opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks, lighting, music, and stock replenishment

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail role
• Proven experience engaging with international high-end clients
• Strong service orientation with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in high-traffic, fast-paced environments
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to customer interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the luxury goods or leather goods industry
• High sensitivity to product craftsmanship and the art of leather goods
