About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create the Polène experience by welcoming visitors and providing personalized service to drive conversion rates
  • Advise and assist customers throughout their purchase journey, promoting brand services and additional sales
  • Manage cash registers, process transactions, and handle opening and closing procedures
  • Develop CRM client follow-up and participate in daily boutique reporting
  • Maintain boutique upkeep, including merchandising, stock organization, and inventory tasks

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in high-end retail engaging with international clientele
  • Strong sensitivity to luxury products, craftsmanship, and leather artistry
  • Proven ability to manage cash and registers with rigor and attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
  • Resilience and adaptability to manage high boutique traffic effectively
