About the role
Responsibilities
- Create the Polène experience by welcoming visitors and providing personalized service to drive conversion rates
- Advise and assist customers throughout their purchase journey, promoting brand services and additional sales
- Manage cash registers, process transactions, and handle opening and closing procedures
- Develop CRM client follow-up and participate in daily boutique reporting
- Maintain boutique upkeep, including merchandising, stock organization, and inventory tasks
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in high-end retail engaging with international clientele
- Strong sensitivity to luxury products, craftsmanship, and leather artistry
- Proven ability to manage cash and registers with rigor and attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
- Resilience and adaptability to manage high boutique traffic effectively
