About the role
Responsibilities
- Create the Polène experience by welcoming visitors and providing personalized service to drive conversion rates
- Advise and assist customers throughout their purchase journey, ensuring high-quality service from greeting to departure
- Promote additional sales and inform customers about brand services during and after purchases
- Manage cash operations, including opening and closing registers and processing transactions
- Execute CRM client follow-up and participate in daily boutique reporting
- Maintain boutique upkeep, including merchandising, stock organization, and inventory tasks
- Handle boutique opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and security protocols
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the leather goods sector
- Proven experience engaging with high-end, international clientele
- Strong service orientation with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in cash management and CRM client follow-up
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- High level of autonomy, adaptability, and resilience in high-traffic environments
