Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to drive conversion and ensure a welcoming environment
• Guide clients through the entire purchasing journey with personalized service and styling advice
• Drive brand loyalty through strategic clienteling and maintaining a detailed digital client book
• Manage boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, register transactions, and cash management
• Maintain high standards of boutique presentation, merchandising, and inventory organization
• Support CRM initiatives through client follow-up and daily boutique reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or leather goods retail
• Proven experience working with high-end local and international clientele
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building meaningful client relationships
• Proficiency in cash management and retail operational tasks
• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced boutique environment
