About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create the Polène experience by welcoming and advising high-end international clientele
  • Drive conversion rates through personalized service and proactive customer engagement
  • Promote brand services and encourage additional sales throughout the purchase journey
  • Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers and processing transactions
  • Execute CRM client follow-up and participate in daily boutique reporting
  • Maintain boutique standards through merchandising, stock organization, and inventory tasks
  • Handle boutique opening and closing procedures, including equipment and lighting setup

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the leather goods sector
  • Proven experience engaging with high-end, international clientele
  • Strong knowledge of leather goods, craftsmanship, and artistry
  • Proficiency in CRM client follow-up and cash management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic boutique environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and supportive team spirit
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive service orientation
