About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to drive conversion and ensure a welcoming boutique environment
- Guide clients through the entire purchasing journey by providing personalized service and styling advice
- Drive brand loyalty through strategic clienteling and maintaining a detailed digital client book
- Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers and processing transactions accurately
- Support boutique operations through merchandising, inventory organization, and daily reporting
- Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure the boutique is prepared for daily business
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or leather goods retail
- Proven expertise in serving high-end local and international clientele
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and peak retail periods
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for artisanal craftsmanship
