Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to drive conversion and ensure a welcoming boutique environment
• Guide clients through the entire purchasing journey by providing personalized service and styling advice
• Drive brand loyalty through strategic clienteling and maintaining a detailed digital client book
• Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers and processing transactions accurately
• Support boutique operations through merchandising, inventory organization, and daily reporting
• Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure the boutique is prepared for daily business

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or leather goods retail
• Proven expertise in serving high-end local and international clientele
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and peak retail periods
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for artisanal craftsmanship
