About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to drive conversion and ensure a welcoming environment
- Guide clients through the entire purchasing journey, providing personalized styling and service
- Drive brand loyalty through strategic clienteling and maintaining a detailed digital client book
- Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers and processing transactions
- Support CRM initiatives and contribute to daily boutique reporting
- Maintain boutique presentation, merchandising, and inventory organization
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or leather goods retail
- Proven expertise in serving high-end local and international clientele
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for artisanal craftsmanship
