Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to drive conversion and deliver exemplary service from greeting to farewell
• Build long-term brand loyalty through strategic clienteling and maintaining a detailed digital client book
• Identify customer needs to provide personalized styling advice and attentive service
• Manage boutique operations including register transactions, opening/closing procedures, and daily reporting
• Maintain premium boutique presentation through meticulous merchandising and inventory replenishment
• Support CRM initiatives and boutique sales goals through consistent client follow-up

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail environments
• Proven expertise in high-end clientele engagement and relationship building
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to cultivate meaningful long-term connections
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship
